QUICK TIPS
To get started, attach LEVEL UP at the side of the racquet and twist the top of LEVEL UP on the racquet handle for the eastern forehand grip.
This tennis aid is for forehand practices with a person feeding balls to your forehand only, a tennis wall or tennis ball machine and etc.
Note how you grip the racquet when practicing with the LEVEL UP tennis aid. You may have to adjust LEVEL UP slightly towards bevel 2 or 4 depending on your dominant hand. IMPORTANT: racquet edge should be perpendicular to the ground and the face of the flat facing the, racquet face should not be open or closed.
Duplicate the same hand on racquet placement when not using the LEVEL UP aid.
It usually takes about six plus weeks of good practice sessions to develop wrist and hand muscle memory for the racquet lag or 90 degree technique.
Practice slower precise forehand racquet swing motions.
CAUTION
LEVEL UP should not be used if you have a hand, wrist, or arm injury.

MISSION
It‘s time to rethink the way coaches, parents and new tennis players learn the forehand. We loose a lot of potential long term tennis players because they never really feel the joy, confidence and control of striking the ball properly soon enough, if ever. This simple device might help push the rethinking process.
